Use an African net sponge / exfoliating glove in the shower (gentle).

Step 1: Physical Exfoliation
3–4x per week
When I say “physical exfoliation,” I mean a tool — not a sugar scrub. Use an African net sponge (or exfoliating glove) in the shower to gently buff the area. After waxing/shaving: wait until your skin feels calm before exfoliating.
Quick Tips
  • Choose the right exfoliating tool (net sponge / glove)
  • Light circular motion — no pressure needed
  • 30–60 seconds is plenty
Skip This
  • Skip harsh or gritty scrubs
  • Don't over-exfoliate — more isn't better
  • After waxing or shaving, let skin fully calm before exfoliating
Step 2: BBL Serum Nightly
Every night
Clean, dry skin. Thin layer. Last step before bed. That's it.
After Your Shower
Make sure your skin is completely dry before applying.
After Hair Removal
Wait 24-48 hours or until skin feels calm and settled first.
Be Consistent
Routine is the difference. Consistency is the secret.
Step 3: Rehydrate
Every Day
Finish with a lightweight, fragrance-free moisturizer. Especially important if you wax or shave.
Thin layer. Press it in — don't rub.
  • Best after your serum has absorbed (give it a few minutes)
  • Look for non-comedogenic + fragrance-free (aka won’t clog pores).
  • If your skin feels irritated, keep it simple: cleanse → serum → moisturizer
